Cardoni's slogan, "This ain't no ketchup and
cardboard pizza!" says everything. We use only the best produce
and meats. Our dough is made daily in-house using top-of-the-line
Pillsbury flour. The sauce is a special blend of 100% tomatoes and spices
using our own recipe. We do not use mozzerella cheese. We buy and grate the
highest quality provolone cheese for better flavor and stretch.
We do not use conveyor ovens. Our ovens are stone-bottomed Blodgett
ovens that give the crust a crispier texture than those used by National
Chains.
